KEDA To Hold Virtual Annual Meeting on June 22

May 28, 2020

KEDA Members,

You are invited to participate in the KEDA Annual Business Meeting that will be held virtually, via Zoom Video on the evening of June 22.

Due to concerns and meeting limitations associated with the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus), KEDA was forced to cancel the 2020 Annual Meeting in April.

KEDA’s bylaws require the association to hold an annual meeting within a specific timeframe of the previous year’s event, to provide an opportunity for the membership to hear association news and elect the new Board of Directors.

Thus, KEDA is offering this virtual meeting to allow association business to continue uninterrupted. Members that familiar with Zoom Video will be able to login from their computers and see other members and KEDA directors. Phone information for the meeting will be provided for members not able to participate on video but can still hear updates and ask questions.

Three seats on the Board of Directors will be open. Please consider serving on the KEDA Board. KEDA’s mission is to protect the farmed cervid industry and the ability to engage in commerce. It is a right no deer or elk owner can take for granted.

Specific meeting information will be mailed to members next week, along with membership dues renewal invoices.

We thank you for your understanding and we look forward to future events in-person.

Respectfully,

KEDA Board of Directors
